Dilicious Timor February Cooking Class is on this Saturday February 15, 2020 at 17:30 – 19:30. It is $20/person for three meals and you can eat what you have cooked. You will have a chance to cook following local food developed by chef Cesar gaio from his mother’s recipe that will bring you to the next level;

1. Katupa: it’s a fresh spiced rice cooked in coconut leaf bag (a size of tennis ball) with freshly made Timorese coconut milk.
2. Ikan Saboko; is one of traditional and ancient Timorese cuisine.The Spanish mackerel filleted then diced and marinated with coconut milk, fresh basil and local herbs folded in banana leaf.
3. Breadfruit soup ; is a fusion food developed by chef cesar as an entree meal. A combination of Baucau breadfruit called Kulugisa, with coconut milk and Parmesan cheese toped with grilled wild mushrums and homemade tomato sauce.
