Uma Ba Futuru is a group of three small houses located near the village of Vila on the island of Ataúro, Timor-Leste. The houses are perfect for travelers who enjoy a bit more independence and freedom, and all have shared access to the kitchen, an eco-style toilet, and hose/bucket shower facilities. Ba Futuru is an NGO based in Dili that works to protect children, reduce violence, empower women and inspire young learners throughout Timor-Leste, and proceeds from the rentals of Uma Ba Futuru go towards the funding of Ba Futuru’s many projects in Timor-Leste.
