Welcome to the Ministry of Tourism & Environment (MTA). These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the MTA tourism consumer website.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use MTA’s website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

We do not actively encourage use of our website by children or market or direct advertising to those under 16. You agree that you are over 16. We will notify appropriate authorities and, as may be required, you of a personal data breach without undue delay if there is a high risk of harm based on the type of information and breach or provide notice in an appropriate manner where the breach does not pose a high risk of harm.
